Statistics proving out what women already know
(12/30/12) To be totally fair, all genders know that the world is changing. How many men work under women now? Those that accept this position, benefit greatly.

I wish at some point it wasnt always male vs female. It seems both have their strong points.
Both genders do have strong points. I will concede that point. As for the division of male vs female, we need to look at males and see how they have made this issue divisive over time. Women are more apt to be inclusive and word for a harmonious union of men and women, with women guiding the way.
