Why Boys Fail

A sobering new book, “Why Boys Fail,” by Richard Whitmire, cites mountains of evidence to make the point:
  • The average high school grade point average is 3.09 for girls and 2.86 for boys. Boys are almost twice as likely as girls to repeat a grade. (what girl do you know that has had to repeat a grade? boys are inherently slower and take longer to assimilate learning)
  • Boys are twice as likely to get suspended as girls, and three times as likely to be expelled. Estimates of dropouts vary, but it seems that about one-quarter more boys drop out than girls. (well that is due to the overly aggressive bad boy behaviors. boys should model themselves after girls)
  • Among whites, women earn 57 percent of bachelor’s degrees and 62 percent of master’s degrees. Among blacks, the figures are 66 percent and 72 percent. (I guess women are more assertive in achieving their goals)
  • In federal writing tests, 32 percent of girls are considered “proficient” or better. For boys, the figure is 16 percent.  (thats half)
All in all, this is not a good picture for boys.  Boys had better learn to adapt to a different, more gentle model.  Yes, thats right, acting and being more like girls.

The new world order

This came from another blog, another post.... borrowed because it contains the truth as I, and others, see it.

In the decades ahead we will see our culture change in ways that will reflect a new balance of power vis a vis gender. Women will cease to fear men and will, instead, begin to rule over them. The current binary concept of gender will break into four groupings.

First, we will see the rise of strong, powerful, confident women who see it as their duty and obligation to rule over the other gender groups.

Second, men who are inadequately feminized by mothers and wives will be viewed as less desirable by most women. Men who are by choice or forced to be feminized will be desirable to most women.

Third, successfully feminized men will become economically and socially extremely valuable to women. They will be called "gendered males".

The dominant female class will ensure the ongoing submissiveness of these males. Male beauty will be linked to slender physique, lack of body hair, small penis size and demure, sweet mannerisms. Gendered male fashion will emphasize somewhat restrictive garments made of more delicate materials. Clothing will be designed to enhance feminine traits and movements - walking, sitting, etc. - and to be varied - sweet, casual, comfy and, of course, sexual.

The fourth group will be called super gendered males. They will be cherished by a small percentage of the female population above all feminized men. They will be husbands of wives who serve full time as the keeper of the home, children, pets, and all things domestic. They will not work. The key trait of super gendered males: they will have had Gender Reassignment Surgery. In the farther distant future, wives will allow their super gendered males to date ONLY Alpha males - those chosen to do what men have done in the past. The wives will allow this for the opportunity to meet and, if desired, have sex with these Alpha males. The "super gendered male wives" will be happy and support their wives in having sexual pleasure with Alpha males.

Gender differences in this new society will be more fluid. Submissive females and aggressive males will cease to be desirable. Each gendered male group will serve the new dominant females. Traditional roles will survive but will become a smaller proportion of the population. Alpha males will still exist, have special roles and be a rather small percentage of the population. Most women will not want to have children with Alpha males. These males will serve at the "pleasure of women".

It will become normal for women to lead, dominate, command and oversee the gendered males' work. Gendered males will be considered sexy and highly desirable by a significant proportion of the female population. Clothes, style and grooming will reinforce their sexiness and desirability. They will wear a new kind of makeup that masks non-feminine traits. Men's sperm will be collected when they are young and stored. The sperm will be available for use when a wife marries her gendered male. It will become routine later in time to perform oriechtomy on males after their sperm has been harvested. Afterward, al gendered males will enter a permanent hormone treatment program.

Finally, society will become much more peaceful, satisfied and happier than today's society. Less testosterone plus new genders and roles will ensure it.

I think this all makes sense to so many people that society will continue to evolve to this.  Things will be much nicer with less strife and conflicts.

I think 2014 will show much progress in the how the new world will be...  pay attention to the trends and advancements....  pay attention

10 Reasons why Women are Superior

The oppression of women throughout history is real. This oppression, this patriarchy, stems from various reasons too nuanced to get into here. While women have traditionally been oppressed, this does not make us weaker, in fact, as history progresses forward it makes us – and I realize this is a bit insensitive – but still, it needs to be said: the superior sex. Here’s why.
  1. For a man, peeing is a messy and inconvenient affair. Urine splashing outside of the bowl? Eugh! Animals. Women never splash because we have the good sense to sit down on the seat. Uh, hello? They invented toilet seats for a reasons, guys.
  2. We get to experience the awesome power of growing life within our own bodies. The beauty, the understanding and appreciation of life this gives us is unparalleled. Moreover, the experience of childbirth makes women more in tune with all of life.
  3. Sexual dimorphism is becoming less and less of a thing as humans advance, and this will eventually put the performance of traditionally male tricks of brute force and superficial showmanship at a disadvantage. Evolution is about grace, intelligence, and compassion now.
  4. Heteronormative males miss out on the fun and pleasure that is makeup application and dressing up in cute skirts, dresses and heels. Sure, we get to wear jeans and sneakers and cool casual clothes, but we have the option of a whole extra wardrobe section – and we get to cover up our pimples and highlight our cheekbones.
  5. Our sexuality is oft considered a beautiful mystery. Everyone expects boys to begin whacking off as soon as their little curly hairs begin to sprout down south, but girls have an allure, a mystique that we can use as a special tool to our advantage pretty much forever.
  6. Politicizing academia is the highest calling of education. You go spend your time doing math puzzles or reading Moby Dick, while we change the world.
  7. Woman are wanted, craved, lusted after. Men drop dollars just to get a woman to take off her top in front of him. Men, listen up: I’ll pay you to keep that shirt on your bloated chest, you gross beast.
  8. Men have too much testosterone and conditioned to be violent by society. That’s perhaps why they are, statistically speaking, more criminally violent than women. Oh, and boobs > balls.
  9. While women have historically been opressed, this actually makes us more powerful in the long run because we have a more nuanced and realistic understanding of the world, power, and everything.
  10. Men are keys. Women are locks. Are you kidding me? Women, at least this woman, is smart enough to know human sexuality can’t be reduced to a simple and stupid metaphor. Or even a silly article like this.  Actually I think women hold the keys to many things, right guys?

Do we really need all 10 reasons?  Which reason is most important to you?

I love how some low life, Neanderthal types have been putting me down because I posted this.  Really now.....  well I really don't know why they would be trying to put us down.  Is it because they feel threatened?  I read some of their things they posted elsewhere and really had a good laugh about it.

It has slowed down, the unwanted comments, now that I set it so only people that register with my site can comment.  I think that's fair, as its for you (the registered followers) that I take the time to write these things.  I love letting you know my thoughts on various things about strong women and how things are changing.....

Definition of Gynarchy

• GYNARCHY (noun)
The noun GYNARCHY has 1 sense:
1. a political system governed by a woman
Familiarity information: GYNARCHY used as a noun is very rare.

So there we have it, Gynarchy is a system (not only political) governed by women. Simple to state, but how do we achieve this euphoric state? Well, as women, we do things we have always done. Influence others by our biological advantages. What woman is not looked on with some level of respect, awe and admiration?  So we build on that inherent situation by using our innate sense of subtle charm to work our magic into the system we live.

This blog is all about how that happens (and it is happening) and is open to women or men. It will be moderated so we don't get all those nasty comments we might get otherwise. I hope the discussion will be stimulating and eye-opening. Come on ladies, lets get at it.

I am very gratified to see everyone look at the definition of a term that might be new to them, but that they have been witnessing coming of age.  What person has not seen women advancing in everything they pursue?

Income for men declines

Overall, women have surpassed men in terms of completing secondary and post-secondary education with the gender gap almost completely reversed. In 2006, 1
0.3% of males and 8.3% of females dropped out of high school.[3] In 2005/2006, women earned 62% of Associate's degrees, 58% of Bachelor's degrees, 60.0% of Master's degrees, and 48.9% of Doctorates.[4]
In 2016/2017, women are projected to earn 64.2% of Associate's degrees, 59.9% of Bachelor's degrees, 62.9% of Master's degrees, and 55.5% of Doctorates.[5]

LOOK at those projections.....  overall 60% of degrees are going to women by 2016/2017.  Yes,  men, your world is changing.  Get used to working under women.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just out today is that young men are earning 10% less than they were 30 years ago.

Now that report is significant whether men realize it or not.

I am firmly in the opinion this talks to the emergence in a very real way of women superiority. By itself it doesn't mean all that much but combine it with new CEOs being women and other areas like Congress local leader, family leads etc means that the tides are shifting possible faster than we thought previously.

If men read this, then you might want to see how you can make yourself valuable to women.  "just saying"

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have been reading lately about role reversal.  Now this is not a new concept, but consider this:

Men are increasingly becoming feminized and women taking a more dominant and commanding lead in a 'traditional' male/woman family role.  Who ever said that men couldn't be the wife and women be the husband? I mean women are earning more, being more educated and taking their natural role as leaders. What better role model than a strong, successful woman?  This, in no way, means that women give up their femininity or become less a soft, gentle person.  It's just that a successful woman comes home to her 'wife' who has cleaned the house, taken care of the yard and car, and prepared a nice dinner for her when she walks in the door.  Of course, the woman decides when and where (and how often) they have sex. All perfectly nature of course.

Comments?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I was looking at this post and thinking about it.  Do you wonder why men's income is dipping in this economy, not to bring politics into the discussion?  No, I don't either.  The economy has been tough for some months/years now, so naturally men's income would decrease.  BUT, in that same time period women's income has continued to climb. That tells me, there is no cycle to it.  Cycle meaning going up and down.... it is just increasing, period.  I think that is a clear sign to men what is going on.

On another subject, I see an increasing shift toward feminizing husbands.  I write about this in a ficionalized account, but you should see the response I get. WOW.  Even in athletics, women are competing with men (or girls with boys).  The signs are obvious and those who ignore them will have no one to blame but themselves.  Take heed!!

“When a woman rises up in glory, her energy is magnetic and her sense of possibility contagious.”

― Marianne WilliamsonWoman's Worth

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I was thinking about this topic, men income declining.  I think that is obvious, but the real key to this is that women's isn't.  I would leave it up to you to decide if this is because women are still catching up with men in the wage for equal pay argument or maybe..... its that women led businesses are employing more women at equal (or greater) pay.  Either way it is a trend that will not reverse itself. Instead it will accelerate in the coming years.

In 1969 the premium, in terms of compensation, for a college degree was 55%, now 4 decades later it is 116%.  So now, we look at the gender disparity for college graduates and see that most of new graduates are women. So it just makes sense that men's wages would decrease and men will be working for the higher paid women. Men, face it you time for getting what you wanted is past. You had better learn how to do dishes, scrub floors and do whatever else women want from you.

Does this suggest anything to anyone?

More data about men and women

US Females' improvements in education and society

Interesting:
-Young Women's Pay Now Exceeds Male Peers'
-Girls are exceeding boys in school. Almost 90% of valedictorians are girls, college students are now almost 60% female and growing.
-More women than men got PhDs in 2009 and women have long outnumbered men in earning master's degrees
-Between 1995 and 2004, there was a 30% increase in the number of science and engineering BAs awarded to female US citizens, which is 2.5 times the growth of male American citizens. The number of physics BAs grew 36% for women, 8 times the increase for men. In engineering, the number of degrees grew 19% for women even as it dropped 1% for men. The number of electrical engineering degrees grew 35% for women which is 1.6 times the growth for men. Now I admit that electrical engineering is a field where there aren't alot of women but a 35% growth is definitely good. (source: Education Week, edweek.org)

Would you ask how women led firms have done in the past 10 years?  Well here is your answer, which should be no big surprise.....

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Marillyn Hewson probably does not fit your notion of what a defense company CEO is like. The Lockheed Martin chief is so self-effacing that for years Mike Hardin, dean of the University of Alabama's business school, didn't know exactly what Hewson did for a living, even though she sits on his school's Board of Visitors. If you go to see her at her Bethesda, Md., office, chances are good she'll greet you with a warm smile, hand you a bottle of water, and, if it happens to be a Monday morning in the fall, offer a lively recap of the previous Saturday's University of Alabama football game. (She earned an undergraduate degree in business and a master's degree in economics from the school.)

Hewson's good nature belies a toughness developed during the course of a 30-year career at Lockheed Martin (No. 59 on the Fortune 500). "Don't ever underestimate or think that she doesn't have a backbone or position because she does," says Bruce Tanner, chief financial officer of Lockheed. The daughter of a longtime civilian employee of the Army, she worked in four of the company's five business units. Hewson, ranked No. 19 on Fortune's2012 Most Powerful Women list, was tapped to become chief operating officer of the company, a gig she expected to be her last at Lockheed. Then the company's CEO-in-waiting, Christopher Kubasik, was forced to resign amid revelations that he'd had an inappropriate relationship with a subordinate. The company immediately elevated Hewson to the COO job, and less than 60 days later she became CEO, her 20th job at Lockheed. "Nineteen was a quick turn," she jokes.
